12.04.2012New Spring Content & Name Change
Spring has sprung, and those pesky Rabbids have finally been put in check. In light of this, we are happy to announce that from this point on Castle Empire will be known as The Settlers Online: Castle Empire. To celebrate we are introducing new daily quests (100 new quests!), 5 new adventures, and the brand new Spring event!

05.04.2012The Rabbids Have Visited Your Empire
After the Rabbids invaded our Easter event and took down our server for an extended server outage, they started to feel bad. In return for causing all sorts of trouble, they have dropped by your empire and left some goodies which can be found in your in-game mail. These necessities will go a long way in helping to get your Empire back in tip top shape. Consider this their official apology for the server downtime and delayed Spring event.

We’ve all heard it before: a picture is worth 1000 words. While that is certainly true, your pictures could also be worth 250 Gems or even an extremely rare Angel Gate decoration! Perhaps you have a cool or crazy town layout, or maybe you caught your peasants doing something hilarious. If so, we want to see it! Get that print-screen key ready, you never know when you’re gonna find that perfect scene.
Here’s how it works: Submit your favorite Castle Empire screenshots in the screenshot thread on the forums. These screenshots can be just about anything as long as they take place in Castle Empire. Each week we will choose one screenshot to highlight on our Facebook page. The person chosen will also receive 250 Gems! At the end of the month, the weekly screenshots from that month will be pitted against each other, and the community will decide the winner by voting for their favorite in the forums. That lucky winner will take home an Angel Gate!

Breaking News: Soldiers across Castle Empire have put down their beers and demanded Brewery owners create a special concoction called ‘Brew’ for their training needs. This brew is a new sort of liquid courage and will work just how beer has in the past.
