Dear Settlers!

The XXL level cap raise pack will become available soon.
We plan to deploy the new version on September 29th.
The final Dev's Diary about this huge update introduces the new "Elite units".

Some of the new units provide special skills like "Splash Damage".
Four new production chains for weapons and units are to be implemented.
